You must provide a current, government-issued photo ID, such as a Driver's License or Passport. Please note that Indiana law prevents us from accepting expired IDs. If you do not have these specific documents, please contact us to discuss which other forms of legal identification may be accepted.

Policy Protocol

Please do not sign your documents before we arrive; all signatures must be witnessed by the notary. Ensure the rest of the form is filled out and that all signers and witnesses are present at the scheduled time. We reserve the right to decline service if there are concerns regarding fraud, coercion, or incomplete paperwork.

To help us work, please provide a quiet, clean space and ensure pets and distractions are kept in a separate room. A travel fee applies to any cancellations made with less than two hours' notice.
