appointment, purchasing services, or otherwise engaging with CC Logistics and Notary
Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
1. BUSINESS INFORMATION
CC Logistics and Notary Services provides professional mobile and business services, which
may include:
Notary Public services
Mobile notary services
Loan and real estate document notarization support
Fingerprinting services, including ink fingerprint cards where offered
I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification assistance as an authorized representative, when
applicable
Apostille and authentication processing assistance
Document courier and delivery services
Medical courier services
Other related professional services offered through our business
Service availability may vary based on location, appointment availability, legal requirements,
and the type of service requested.
2. NOT LEGAL ADVICE
CC Logistics and Notary Services is not a law firm, and our employees and representatives do
not provide legal advice unless specifically licensed and authorized to do so.
We cannot:
Tell you which type of notarial certificate you need
Select a notarial act for you when prohibited by law
Explain the legal consequences of signing a document
Prepare legal documents unless legally authorized
Give legal advice regarding immigration, real estate, estates, contracts, or other legal
matters
Represent you in court or legal proceedings
If you need legal advice, you should contact a qualified attorney.
3. NOTARY SERVICES
Notary services are performed in accordance with applicable Indiana laws and regulations.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that:
The document is complete before notarization
All required signers are present when required
The signer has acceptable identification
The signer understands the document they are signing
The signer is signing willingly and without coercion
The document does not contain blank spaces that could affect the notarial act
A notary may refuse to perform a notarization when permitted or required by law.
Payment for a scheduled appointment does not guarantee that a notarization will be
completed. If a signer cannot provide satisfactory identification, is unwilling or unable to sign,
appears to lack awareness or willingness, or if another legal requirement cannot be met, the
notary may be unable to complete the requested notarization.
4. CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Customers requesting notarial services must provide identification acceptable under
applicable law.
The notary reserves the right to refuse identification that is expired, damaged, suspicious, or
otherwise insufficient to establish the identity of the signer.
Customers are encouraged to confirm identification requirements before their appointment.
5. MOBILE NOTARY AND TRAVEL SERVICES
Mobile services may include travel to a customer’s home, workplace, hospital, nursing facility,
business, or another mutually agreed-upon location.
Travel, convenience, after-hours, weekend, or other service-related charges may apply where
legally permitted and properly disclosed.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate service address and ensuring that the
meeting location is reasonably safe and accessible.
If the customer provides an incorrect address or fails to appear at the agreed location,
applicable travel or cancellation charges may apply.
6. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
Customers should provide as much accurate information as possible when scheduling an
appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or situations where the notary or service provider
has already traveled to the appointment location may result in applicable charges for travel,

time, or other services already provided, where permitted by law and disclosed to the
customer.
7. PAYMENTS AND FEES
Payment may be required before, at the time of, or immediately following service, depending
on the type of appointment and service requested.
Prices may vary based on factors including:
Type of service
Number of documents
Number of notarizations
Travel distance
Appointment location
After-hours or weekend availability
Same-day or rush service
Additional administrative or processing services
Customers will be responsible for agreed-upon charges and applicable fees.
CC Logistics and Notary Services reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Updated
pricing will generally apply to future services and appointments.
8. FINGERPRINTING SERVICES
Fingerprinting services may include ink fingerprint cards and other fingerprint-related
services offered by CC Logistics and Notary Services.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing the correct fingerprint card or form when required
Confirming the requirements of the agency, employer, licensing board, or organization
requesting the fingerprints
Providing accurate personal information
CC Logistics and Notary Services does not guarantee acceptance of fingerprint cards by a
government agency, employer, licensing organization, background check provider, or other
third party.
Acceptance decisions are made by the receiving agency or organization.
Customers should verify the specific fingerprinting requirements with the requesting
organization before their appointment.
9. I-9 EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION SERVICES
When offered, I-9-related services are provided only as authorized and applicable.
CC Logistics and Notary Services does not provide legal advice regarding immigration status,
employment authorization, or eligibility to work in the United States.

The employer and employee remain responsible for completing the Form I-9 accurately and
complying with all applicable federal requirements.
We may act as an authorized representative when properly designated by an employer and
when the service arrangement is appropriate.
10. APOSTILLE AND AUTHENTICATION ASSISTANCE
CC Logistics and Notary Services may provide assistance with document preparation, courier
services, submission, pickup, or administrative support related to apostille and
authentication requests.
However:
We do not issue apostilles
We do not guarantee approval of apostille requests
We do not control government processing times
We do not control acceptance decisions made by foreign governments, embassies,
consulates, or other agencies
Apostilles and authentications are issued only by authorized government authorities.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that documents meet the requirements of the
receiving country or organization.
11. MEDICAL COURIER SERVICES
Medical courier services may involve the transportation of medical documents, supplies,
specimens, pharmaceuticals, or other authorized healthcare-related materials.
Service availability is subject to applicable laws, client agreements, safety requirements, and
operational limitations.
Customers and business clients are responsible for properly packaging, labeling, preparing,
and releasing items for transport unless otherwise agreed in writing.
CC Logistics and Notary Services reserves the right to refuse transportation of items that are
improperly packaged, unsafe, illegal, prohibited, or outside the scope of our authorized
services.
12. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
CC Logistics and Notary Services respects the privacy of our customers.
We may collect information necessary to:
Schedule appointments
Provide requested services
Process payments
Communicate with customers
Maintain legally required records

Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Customers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information through
unsecured communication methods.
Our handling of personal information may also be governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. NO GUARANTEE OF THIRD-PARTY ACCEPTANCE
CC Logistics and Notary Services cannot guarantee that documents, notarizations,
fingerprints, apostille requests, I-9 forms, or other services will be accepted by a third party.
Acceptance decisions are made by the receiving organization, government agency, employer,
court, financial institution, foreign authority, or other relevant entity.
14. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information.
CC Logistics and Notary Services is not responsible for delays, rejected documents, or other
problems resulting from:
Incorrect information provided by the customer
Incomplete documents
Improperly prepared documents
Missing signatures
Incorrect forms
Third-party requirements
Government processing delays
Customer failure to follow instructions
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CC Logistics and Notary Services shall not
be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the
use of our website or services.
We are not responsible for decisions, delays, denials, or actions made by third parties,
including government agencies, employers, courts, financial institutions, foreign authorities,
or other organizations.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
