Cancellation Policy

CC Logistics & Notary Services Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At CC Logistics & Notary Services, we value your time and appreciate you valuing ours. Because many of our services require travel, preparation, and reserved appointment times, we ask customers to provide advance notice if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment whenever possible. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may result in a service or travel fee, especially when our mobile notary has already traveled to the appointment location. If we arrive at the appointment and the required signer, valid identification, required documents, or other necessary items are unavailable, applicable travel or service fees may still apply. Rush, same-day, after-hours, weekend, and specialty appointments may have different cancellation terms due to the reserved service time. Running Late Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, appointments may need to be rescheduled depending on our schedule. Our Commitment If CC Logistics & Notary Services must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your service at the earliest available time.
